4th Foundation Day Celebration

July 30, 2024 – 4 years ago on this day Phensem was registered as a public benefit organisation under the Civil Societies Organizations Act of Bhutan.

The highlight of the event was the launching of a short documentary titled “The Caregivers – Behind the scenes… unheard stories“

The video attempts to bring focus to the parents raising children with disability who are often behind the scens.. unseen and unheard. The video was produced by Phensem Parents Support Group, Bhutan and Dorji Wangdi, our media partner, with support from Helvetas Bhutan and Bhutan Media Foundation.
